Making a postal barcode

Microsoft Word 2007 and newer

  1. Open Microsoft Word.
  2. Pick the Mailings tab from the toolbar.
  3. Choose Envelopes from the menu.
  4. If necessary, type the delivery address for the envelope or label.
  5. Choose Options from the menu.
  6. Click the Font button after entering your address in the delivery or return fields.
  7. Select the barcode font from the Font list.

  8. It is necessary to choose Ok in both the envelope address and envelope selection windows.

  1. Open Word.

  6. Click Ok after checking the Delivery point barcode box.
